Biomethane and biogas 10% degression on 1 April

The RHI biomethane tariff is set to be reduced by 10% on 1 April 2016. Biogas heat will also be degressed by 10%. For biomethane, load factors lower than those originally estimated by operators have had the effect of reducing the government's expected commitment.  All the tables can be found here.
